Members of Empowerment Through Sisterhood, a Rapid City feminist group, produce RAGE. E.T.S. - a positive action group, consists of women and men. We use RAGE to educate and communicate our individual opinions, ideas, etc. to others. They held weekly meetings every Sunday, 7 PM at the Atomic Cafe.
