  • The first time I saw them, I was blown away! Of course, the first time one of my bands played with them, I was embarrassed. I think it was Common Law Love who followed Apocalipstick, and said "Those chicks were hot, right?" Wow! Not what anyone was expecting to hear, and I don't think the news broadcaster/bass player paid any attention to what Apocalipstick was about. Although, when we (AHMW) played, I will hand it to Skip, when commenting on the vocal stylings, when he said "They must have big, clangin' ovaries." That was about on the mark.
